Customer Registration

To order products please register to obtain an Account. Customers can be assured that using our website offers safe and secure online shopping. You can be confident that any details provided by you to Absolute Moments will remain highly confidential and will not be forwarded to any 3rd parties.

Payment

All payments are made through Paypal. You can either use your own paypal account or use the Paypal express payment. Absolute Moments does not see or store your credit card details, making it a safe and secure shopping environment. Shop online with your credit card, bank transfer or PayPal funds and feel secure knowing your financial details are never revealed. We believe that currently this is the best option for our customers.

For Customers who prefer not to use Paypal, they can phone the Sales Hotline 08 61402943 and utilise our Direct Debit Payment Method.

Postage

Our current shipping rate of $10.00 FLAT RATE Optional Insurance and tracking can be purchased for peace of mind.   Options to purchase Express or Platinum Express are also available. However please contact us for personal arrangements.

Orders will be posted via Australia Post as soon as funds have cleared and will arrive within 3-5 working days on all Standard Stock Items.  However, Absolute Hot Brand Sales will not be delivered within our normal schedule as these are not always stocked inour Warehouse, so that we can offer our Customers great deals on these items, therefore 7-21 day delivery will occur. Any unforseen delays from Absolute Moments will be conveyed to Customers. We cannot however be held responsible for delays/strikes from Australia Post.

Express and Platinum are as per Australia Post guidelines. (usually overnight to 1 day).

If you wish to receive your goods urgently we are happy to arrange a courier service. Please contact us to assist with making these arrangements.

THE FREE POSTAGE is automatically calculated at checkout on all orders over $100.00 .
Once the products are posted via Australia Post, we cannot take any responsibility should these items be misplaced, lost or stolen.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Please email sales@absolutemoments.com.au to arrange costs involved with this shipping method. We will be more than happy to send your order to anywhere in the world.

Returns Policy

Faulty Goods: All our products are checked for quality before they are sent. If you receive a faulty item these must be notified to our customer service team within 3 days of Receipt. Arrangements can then be made to return these goods to us for exchange at no cost to you. Contact us at returns@absolutemoments.com.au

Please choose carefully as you cannot return goods if you simply change your mind. Returns outwith our return policy will be at the customers cost. Please note all goods are as described, from time to time packaging may be changed by the suppliers.

Sales Hotline

Our Sales Hotline is available for Customers who would prefer not to order over the Internet. We can also assist your with Bulk Orders and Special Order requests. Currently our Hotline is limited to the Hours of 10am-4pm WST. However you may leave your contact details for a return call outwith these hrs and we will be pleased to return your call. Please note: This is not a General Enquiry Hotline and we regret that we cannot assist you with your other Queries, these must be sent via the various emails and contact form on the contact page www.absolutemoments.com.au/contact-us

Discounts Codes

Discount offers will require the Coupon Code to be entered to receive the required discount offer at the checkout.

Gift Vouchers

We have various Gift Vouchers. Once these have been purchased our staff will manually generate the voucher and then it will be forwarded via email. All vouchers will be valid for 6 months.
